A passion for food and compassion for people brought Doreen Maher and Allan Palma into the kitchen. The joy on the faces of the people they serve is what keeps them there. Doreen spent more than a decade serving the community through food, catering countless holiday meals for Twin Cities Rescue Mission, authentic Hawaiian cuisine for the R.E.S.T luau and so much more. She has now teamed up with Allan Palma who has been the Executive Chef at Hillcrest Catering for three years. He also spent time on the line of Pasquini’s. Doreen and Allan share a love for food and people. Their philosophy is when you’re enjoying a meal provided by Hillcrest Catering, you’re family!
